The Abundance Factory was founded on a simple belief: that everyone deserves to feel at ease in their body, clear in their mind and abundant in their life.
After experiencing stress-related ill health, the journey began with a deep exploration of how tension, mindset and unseen stress patterns shape our daily experience. It quickly became clear that many of the thoughts, beliefs and protective responses we carry — often for years — quietly limit our energy, clarity and potential.
In 2020, a dedicated wellness space was created with clients’ needs at its heart. Designed to feel calm, safe and grounded, it continues to welcome people from all walks of life — each arriving with a personal story, and each leaving with meaningful victories.
In 2025, Heather joined the practice, and together we began expanding our offerings. With a background in massage, energetic bodywork and fascia release, alongside our shared training in Access Consciousness® tools and processes, we recognised a common theme: too many high-performing, capable people were quietly burning out.
Today, we support individuals and organisations in moving beyond burnout and stress — not simply by managing symptoms, but by creating lasting, embodied transformation.
